Refund Policy


I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should you wish to return the artwork, you can contact me at yvonnedutchartist@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own and send it to:

Once the product has arrived and your return claim is in order, I will make the refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - minus the costs of delivery. 

Items sent back to me without a prior return request will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return questions at yvonnedutchartist@gmail.com.
 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and approved your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and pay out the refund.
